Project Background : This project located near shivamogga for KTG Group is an international standard residential/resort style project. The project involves over 360 residential plots, apartments, a resort hotel and spa as well as a golf course, golf club and function facilities and spreads over a land of 138 Acres.

Architecture & Planning : The 9 hole golf course is centred in the site, where the design emerges from the terrain, sculptured around existing contours.

Golf Resort is tucked into golf course on one side and lake on another side. The luxurious resort features restaurants, recreational facilities and two and three bedroom cottages which are arranged radially along the sloping profile to get the spectacular view of the lake and also blends into its dramatic surroundings. The villas are in best orientation and all interior spaces features good day lighting and ventilation. High rise condominium, villa clubhouse and golf clubhouses are arranged around the golf course to get the spectacular view of it. The main roads of the community and the greening system that links to central green belt form the main frame work of planning.
