The Farm Land spreads around 14 acres adjacent to a lake near Bengaluru. Clients had a requirement for a 5 Bed Room villa in his Farm Land.

The House is oriented in such a way that every place in the house gets a panoramic view of the beautiful garden and the lake beyond.Amidst nature with its magnificent beauty the residents can spend time with their families,entertain guests and can reconnect with nature.House is strategically planned,to create interactive spaces which connects 3 generations together.

Ground floor consists of entrance lobby,big Living room,an interconnected dining and open Kitchen and 3 Bedrooms with private courtyard spaces.First Floor comprising of 2 Bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and toilets.First Floor Family overlooks the dining Below.Large openings are given to draw glimpses of surrounding greenery.Big Sky Lights given in Kitchen,Living are illuminates the area with bright light. Double heights created ensures visual connectivity between all the floors.On the First Floor the Master Bedroom opens up to a big terrace garden which is partially covered with pergolas,which casts interesting shadows which change with the time of the day.

Every space in the house becomes an opportunity to rest,reflect and explore.
