I think it's important that I share with you my wonderful experience in working with MR A Girish – Life inside Architects contacted Mr. Girish to build me a detached single family home in Bangalore in Adarsh Vista. Mr. Girish did an outstanding job in working with me designing to the last detail to build a house that is very modern and architecturally pleasing. He is very knowledgeable, imaginative, practical and cost effective in design. Most importantly, I found him to be very very helpful and he comes up with good ideas when you are in tight spot to make the plans structurally constructable while retaining good architectural sense. Even during construction, he took personal interest in resolving construction problems which I found to be very helpful as I live overseas. Girish even helped to re configure a staircase which I found to be user unfriendly after it was built. Girish was there in the fore front re- designing the staircase with least structural changes. Overall my experience working with Girish was excellent & I want to convey my experience to others who may need a top architect. I recommend Mr. A Girish without any reservation to anyone who wants a good designer.
One rarely finds a gentleman and a dedicated and honest worker like A. Girish, the Architect who has taken the full responsibility of designing, executing the construction and the completion of the proposed universal temple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Deva at Sri Ramakrishna Sharadashrama, Ponnampet, South Kodagu, and Karnataka. We wonder at this young age he can craft the design of the building design of the building like a great artist and has amassed vast and practical aspects of building design purely owing to his handwork and perseverance. Temple architect is not a simple task and even the experienced architect fumble & hardly produces a masterpiece. But Sri A Girish has done a wonderful work studying various temple plans and visiting various temples before and whoever has seen our temple model has highly appreciated his efforts. He is really an asset to any institution, a source of inspiration to co-workers also to do their job with utmost sincerity. He is also deeply inclined to spirituality. Personally speaking I highly appreciate his dedication to duty and other noble qualities of head and heart.

Interacting with you, based on your vast knowledge and experience in the field, I could trust the advice I was getting as well as your practical considerations and thoughts that you had to back up your recommendations. The care and concern you showed was as if you were building your own house and not one of your client's. Your feedback in terms of having a mezzanine floor instead of a basement, the curved window design, etc., have been very practical and have also added a unique character and elevation to my villa. In addition, I found your inputs to be quite well thought out and with a lot of importance given to the practicality of the house rather than flamboyance. This has resulted in a architectural concept that is simple and yet very practical which meets all the requirements that I had. I have known Girish for the past 4 years when bought into the Adarsh Palm Retreat Villa, over this period, Girish has been the architect for the two villas that we have at the retreat project. As our architect, Girish was very patient in understanding how our lifestyle and family living Pattern. He was able to translate the vision that we had for openness within the house while working within the constraints that the developers has put on the exterior look of the house. Having lived in the house now for over a year, the house has turned out to be good as we had envisioned. As a result of this experience, we request Girish to architect our second house which is lake facing. He has created a very elegant plan that maximized the value of the lake front. He has been available throughout the construction period to discuss minor changes and to explain the rationale of various elements of the plan. Based on our experience interacting with Girish we would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I started interacting with Mr Girish in 2005 on my villa design and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Mr Girish was very accommodating and was very easy to interact with during the entire planning stage. We got lot good feedback for our suggestions and were able to come up with the floor plan while living half way across the world. Mr Girish has a very good idea about local preferences and how new features can be added taking into consideration, such personal choice aesthetics, resale value etc. I continue to count on his opinions for minor changes and additions that we are contemplating to our villa.

When we bought the piece of land in Adarsh Vista in 2006, our primary concern was how we were going to manage the long distance designing of the villa and then ensuring that execution happened according to the design. But once we sat down with Girish and commenced the design process, we were completely relieved because we knew instantly that we were in good and capable hands. Our initial impression has been absolutely justified, since Girish has worked with us extremely well during the past 18 months of design and execution. Girish's primary strengths are his technical skills and his amiable personality/equable temperament. So long as we were reasonable in our requests for changes etc Girish has been very understanding and flexible in his approach. The true professional that he is, while he gave us the benefit of his skills and experience in designing, he never forced us to accept his ideas (we eventually did that anyway), but let us work with those to arrive at our own conclusions. This way, we have the satisfaction of seeing the outcome being a healthy mix of Girish's conceptual designs and our own practical requirements as the owners. Girish also has the knack of instinctively picking up the vibes of the customer and moving in the desired direction without too much coaxing or nudging, unlike some other architects/designers we have worked with earlier. Girish has been prompt with his responses to our queries as well as his actions in coordinating the execution with the site office as well as other arms of the company. In this respect, he has probably done more than what his job requires him to do for us. We are extremely happy that we have a fine villa on hand today, thanks to the valuable inputs and unstinting co operation we continued to receive from Girish throughout the life of the project.

Your patience and ability to incorporate our vision into the plan seamlessly while injecting architectural elements made it what is it today. I noticed that you were carefully designing the house from structural, aesthetic, functional and environmental view points and the rest makes sense from all these points of view. The test of this meld of form and function is when both experts and the family examined it. My friends who are structural engineers and designers themselves all loved it, so did everyone in my family from my wife to six year old who now asks when this house will be ready to move into.
I would like to put on record my experience of working with you while designing my villa at Adarsh Palm Retreat. While on record, it was supposed to be an out of the box villa with little customization, your approach was different. Right from day 1, you asked me to document all my requirements, ideas and vision of what I wanted my villa to be – both the hard and soft aspects – so that you could design a completely personalized villa. I am very happy indeed to state that the design that turned out has fully met my wishes, aspirations and requirements. I especially appreciate the fact that even when I had some second thoughts and wanted some changes on some aspects after signing off the final design, you never hesitated for a second and made sure that all my requirements were fully met. The entire experience of working with you on this endeavor has been a pleasure. I really appreciate the level of personal interest you took and attention you paid to every detail, especially given the context of a largely standardized villa. Our new home (villa #74, Adarsh Palm Retreat) is finally ready, and I want to thank you for your patience and tireless efforts in making our dream a reality. It is everything that we could have asked for when we first met you, three years ago and tried to visualize what we wanted. Your interior design is efficient and elegant, and the exterior has the blend of contemporary and uniqueness. We do want to emphasize the wonderful experience we had working with you at various stages. Your willingness to work patiently with us, as we wrestled with the plans and the alterations, was vital in getting the final plans just the way we wanted. Your recommendation for the second floor terrace access has made a great deal of difference with the extra space and also added the aesthetics to the elevation. Your imagination and flexibility allowed us to make changes to the family room and the dining sit-out which also added greatly to the interior success of the design.
I have been in close contact with Girish during his input in developing the architecture of my villa in Adarsh Palm Retreat.
