Architecture & Planning : The proposed development on a site area of over acres occupies the tallest part of the town & there by offers unique views of the town. Since the site is elevated it offers good wind movement & keeps the environment cool & fresh. The main design concern was to capture this views & allow wind movement within the units. Hence the planning of the units where done with a central core with units arranged with a + shape from its axis. This gave rise the opportunity for all units to open up on all three sides to exterior & there by function as a house rather the apartment units. This 3 side openness offers excellent views for all units & besides ensures wind movement. The clubhouse is located in the lowest point at the entry supported with a lap pool overlooked from the units
