Project Background : Sheth group proposed a mixed development off Bannerghatta road with Highrise apartments & Mall. The site faces a huge lake having a good frontage.

Architecture & Planning : Basic guidelines for planning was to get the mall (GF+4 floors) in the front utilising maximum frontage on a very busy road & placing highrise apartment (GF+12 floors) at the rear. By such zoning the retail get street facade where as the residential units are set in interior of the plot to gain privacy & reduction of noise level. Mall is designed with a central atrium supporting a suspended restaurant and with bridges at intermediate lvls.

By placing the apartments at rear the visual buffer to lake increases & one can get maximum view of the lake as one moves upwards. The inner units of the apartment block looks into a huge internal court with blank rear wall of the mall as backdrop. This court as a well designed clubhouse with pool areas. The apartments are designed very spaciously with 3, 4 bed room units & 5 bedroom pent houses.
